Swiss Precision Tooling is a wholly owned subsidiary of H Kaiser AG, who supply precision boring systems to engineering companies manufacturing high quality components and machines. Our customer base come from industries including Aerospace, Medical, Motorsport, Precision Engineering and Tool & Die.

We are now ready to bring onboard agents already working in these areas who don’t have a boring tool system in their current portfolio. We have a number of existing accounts in these regions and can, therefore, offer a fast start to the right engineer.

Operating from our offices in the south of England, we use a mixture of regional agents and our own Sales Engineers.

23.01.2009 - Ultra precise diameter corrections and perfect balance over entire adjustment range

The revolutionary new EWB-UP series sets a new benchmark for precision adjustment of boring heads with corrections in sub-micron steps, being suitable for large-scale production of precision bores with tight diameter tolerances. The adjustment accuracy via the large, easily readable scale disc is 0.001mmø – without additional vernier. The heads feature simultaneous clamping of the insert holder and tool carrier, which ensures the cutting diameter is not affected by the clamping mechanism, and precision diameter adjustments are repeatable even under unfavourable cutting conditions like interrupted cuts. The new heads also offer manual fine-balancing via a second dial screw. The integrated counter-balance mechanism permits cutting speeds up to 2,000 m/min.
